We had the opportunity to collaborate with Efteling, one of the most visited theme parks in Europe, to create a seasonal activation for the summer months. Our aim was to spread the crowds across different areas of the park and increase dwell time in key locations by introducing themed festivities and activities.

One of our key ideas was to bring characters from popular attractions out into the open, as if they had come out to celebrate summer alongside the guests. This concept led to the creation of the Bloementuin, an area near the Droomvlucht dark ride, where we designed a life-sized photo opportunity.

Guests can swing, accompanied by a fairy positioned high in the center, reminiscent of the experience inside the ride. Additionally, we introduced shaded seating areas to support nearby food and beverage outlets, offering guests a place to rest.

We also developed plans for the Zomerstrand, an outdoor area where characters from the Carnaval Festival attraction gather. Here, guests can enjoy fun games while parents relax as their children play in the sand.
