Since 2014, we have been teaming up with Insomniac to create the most innovative festival experiences. Since we love it when a plan comes together, we have worked on the venue master planning for ten years for all the different venues EDC is traveling to.

At Leisure Expert Group, we think beyond just big stages and always aim to enhance the visitor experience in unexpected ways. So, we created Downtown EDC, a surprising village within the large city of EDC. Here, visitors can find activities like ’Up to Date,’ a dating show, or the Kandi Casino, where not the casino, but the guest always wins. By offering these activities, we balance guest flow and dwell time while also ensuring individual or smaller experiences.

We love cross-functional learning across different disciplines. Drawing from our experience in theme parks, we divided EDC into various areas, including portals, demarcation, and roads. This approach enhances guest flow, ensures effective wayfinding, and contributes to the overall experience of the headliners.
